To ensure smooth and secure service delivery, all clients of Genius Nested Software are required to:

- CNIC or National ID
- Business Registration or Proof of Ownership
- Utility Bill (as address verification)
These documents are mandatory for identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
π Provide Clear Project Brief
Clients must submit a detailed project brief covering every required feature, function, and expectation. Vague or incomplete briefs may delay or compromise delivery.
β±οΈ Maintain Timely Communication
Clients are expected to:
- Respond promptly to queries and feedback requests
- Stay active and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
π« Delay & Suspension Policy
If a client fails to respond, delays feedback, or becomes inactive without valid reason:
- The project may be closed without completion
- The clientβs profile may be suspended
- If there is a genuine issue, the client must submit a valid explanation to avoid penalties
3οΈβ£ Service Delivery Terms

Milestone payments are available only for projects exceeding PKR 500,000. For eligible projects, the payment structure is as follows:
- 20% Advance (before project start)
- 50% Mid-Project (upon reaching key development milestone)
- 30% Completion (upon final delivery)
Clients may pay via:
- Payment link
- Dashboard checkout
- Bank transfer
- Other approved Genius Nested Software programs
π Revisions & Change Requests
We offer free revisions for 20 days after delivery, covering:
- Minor change requests
- Bug fixes
Important Clarification:
- Only agreed-upon changes are free
- Any new features, major redesigns, or project scope changes are treated as new projects or billable extras

- Delivery time depends on the scope and complexity of the project
- For Ecommerce platform services, delivery ranges from 7 to 25 business days

Clients may cancel subscriptions at any time via dashboard or written request. For active service projects, cancellation requires a valid reason and may be subject to review.

Genius Nested Software offers a 20-day trial/demo period for eligible services or platforms. This allows clients to explore features and performance before committing to full service.

Before activating any service, clients must submit verified legal documents including:
- CNIC or National ID
- Business Registration or Ownership Proof
- Utility Bill (for address verification)
These documents are required to:
- Confirm client identity
- Prevent fraud, spam, and fake accounts
- Ensure legal compliance and platform safety
π‘οΈ Fraud Detection & Suspension
Genius Nested Software actively monitors for suspicious activity. If a client:
- Submits fake or unverifiable documents
- Attempts to create multiple accounts
- Engages in spam or fraudulent behavior
Their account will be suspended immediately.
We may also conduct video call verification to confirm identity and protect platform integrity.
6οΈβ£ Support & Maintenance

All services and products from Genius Nested Software include free support for up to 20 days after delivery. This covers:
- Bug fixes
- Minor adjustments
- Technical guidance
Support begins from the date of final delivery or activation.
π Maintenance Packages
For ongoing support and platform stability, we offer monthly and yearly maintenance packages. These may include:
- System updates
- Performance optimization
- Feature enhancements
- Security monitoring
Clients may subscribe to these packages based on their business needs and platform type.

Genius Nested Software reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under the following conditions:
- Fraudulent activity or submission of fake documents
- Non-payment or violation of payment terms
- Inactivity or failure to respond during active projects
- Abuse, spam, or misuse of platform features

If a client is suspended for fraud or abuse:
- Their contact information may be listed on our internal Fraud Detection Panel
- This helps other users and partners stay protected from known threats
- The data is stored only for internal record-keeping and is not used for any other purpose
8οΈβ£ Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Genius Nested Software encourages clients to resolve any concerns or disputes through direct communication with our support or legal team. We aim to resolve issues amicably and professionally before involving external parties.
βοΈ Legal Jurisdiction
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it will be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
All legal proceedings shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
